Its Just Unfair

Some of point of our life we all have been in that place ,where we feel life is just unfair to us.I always ask myself why do i feel like that is it because i hate that things that are happening around id bad, or is the people around me are bad.why does it makes me feel guilty ,gets to this emotional state of mind. But is it helping me to understand myself or learn about myself .How u felt it , what do u do when it happens ?
